Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Advance or Exit+ costs $4.99 per month (USD) and automatically renews each month until canceled. Your payment method is charged on your renewal date for each new billing period. All card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number or security code.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the My Membership page. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep full Advance or Exit+ access through the end of your current paid billing period, and you are not charged again after you cancel.

3. Refunds

Payments for billing periods that have already started are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and you are welcome to contact support if:

• you were charged incorrectly or charged an unexpected amount;
• you were charged more than once for the same billing period (duplicate charge); or
• a technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing the paid features you were billed for.

Email support@advanceorexit.com with the email address on your account and the approximate charge date so we can locate the payment quickly.

4. Billing Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact Advance or Exit support first. Reaching out to us is usually the fastest path to a resolution: we can identify the charge, explain what it was for, and promptly correct any legitimate billing error. Nothing in this policy limits or waives any legal right you may have to dispute a transaction with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
