By accessing or using Advance or Exit TV (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Watching the live broadcast is free; additional interactive features may require an Advance or Exit+ membership.

2. Use of the Service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may not disrupt the Service, attempt to bypass membership restrictions, or misuse AI-generated content.

3. Membership

Advance or Exit+ is a recurring membership billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from the My Membership page. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Content

Tournament data, scores, AI analysis, and predictions are provided for entertainment and informational purposes and may be generated or simulated. We do not guarantee accuracy. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit content from the Service without our permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advance or Exit TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
